    Air Con Installation Joondalup

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right capacity depends on your room size, ceiling height, insulation, and how much direct sun the room receives. Joondalup homes with high ceilings or west-facing living areas often need a larger capacity unit than a standard room size calculation would suggest. We assess your property during the free quote and recommend the correct system — not just the cheapest one.

Yes, where our schedule allows we offer same day installation in Joondalup, particularly during Perth heatwaves. We recommend getting in touch early in the day during peak summer periods to secure availability.

Yes. We regularly install split systems in apartments and units across Joondalup, including properties close to Lakeside Joondalup and the ECU area. Apartment installations sometimes require body corporate approval before work begins — we recommend checking this with your strata manager in advance.

A standard single-unit installation typically takes between 2 and 4 hours. Double storey homes or properties requiring longer pipe runs may take slightly longer. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when we quote.

Yes. We safely remove old units, including outdated R22 systems, and dispose of them responsibly in line with Australian environmental regulations. Old unit removal is included free with our current summer promotion.

Yes. We are ARCtick certified (Licence AU 09491), which is the required certification for all refrigerant handling and air conditioning installation work in Australia.
