Local Air Con Experts in Eglinton (6034)

This is something we see constantly in Eglinton. A builder finishes the home, hands over the keys, and the new owners realise very quickly — often on their first summer afternoon in the house — that Perth’s heat isn’t something you can just open a window for. We’ve installed split systems in dozens of Eglinton homes across the Amberton and neighbouring estates, and we understand the construction styles, typical floor plans, and installation requirements common in this part of Perth’s growth corridor. Whether you need a single system for the master bedroom or multiple units throughout the home, we can quote and install quickly.

Split System Supply & Installation in Eglinton

We offer a complete supply and installation service, handling everything from brand and model selection through to a professional, tidy installation. There’s no need to source the unit yourself and coordinate separately — we make the whole process straightforward.

New homes in Eglinton tend to have good roof cavity access, concrete slab foundations, and modern internal walling, all of which makes for a clean installation. We’ll confirm the best indoor head placement for each room and ensure the outdoor condenser is sited for efficiency and minimal visual impact. We work with all leading brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Fujitsu, and Toshiba, and we’ll match the right system to your room size and household needs.

Why Choose Air-Cond Installs WA in Eglinton?

Eglinton is a suburb we service regularly, and we’re well-versed in the new-build housing common throughout its estates. As a family business, Wayne and Glen handle the work directly — you won’t be dealing with a large company dispatching unfamiliar subcontractors. We provide upfront, fixed pricing so there are no surprises on installation day, and we’re fully licensed (ARCtick AU 09491) to handle all refrigerant work to Australian standards. Being based in Perth’s northern suburbs ourselves, Eglinton is well within our regular run — we can typically turn around a quote within 24–48 hours and schedule installation promptly. We also service the surrounding suburbs of Alkimos, Yanchep, Butler, and Mindarie.

    Air Con Installation Eglinton

    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We cover all residential streets and estates within Eglinton (postcode 6034), including Amberton Beach and adjoining developments. We also service nearby suburbs such as Alkimos, Yanchep, Butler, and Mindarie.

Generally yes. Newly built homes in Eglinton typically have accessible roof cavities and modern internal wall construction that make for a clean, uncomplicated installation. We’ll assess the layout during the quoting process and confirm the best approach before any work begins.

This is very common in Eglinton’s new estates. In most cases we can provide a quote within 24–48 hours and schedule installation within a week or two, depending on the time of year. During peak summer demand, lead times can extend, so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Standard bedrooms suit a 2.5kW unit. Larger master bedrooms or open-plan areas may need a 3.5–6kW system. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living layouts that are common in Eglinton’s newer homes can require a 7–9kW unit depending on ceiling height and glazing. We’ll calculate the right capacity for each room as part of the quoting process.

Yes, and this is very efficient when fitting out a whole home at once. We regularly send a team to complete multi-unit installs in a single visit, minimising disruption and getting your whole home comfortable as quickly as possible.
