quick, efficient, friendly and well priced. glenn, wayne and their team helped us with a tricky decommission of an old unit that was blocking a gate / an eyesore at the front of our house and managed to install a new unit in one of the only other places available.. a fiddly section of roof. they were in and out in 2 hrs, cleaned up after themselves and even patched my wall (which i was expecting to do myself). this is the third air con they have installed for us. thank you so much!

    Yes, and it’s something we do regularly in Scarborough. Apartment installs require careful planning around outdoor unit placement, pipe routing, and in strata buildings, we work within body corporate guidelines. We’re experienced with all of it, just let us know your situation when you enquire.

    Absolutely. A good portion of Scarborough’s residential streets are lined with double-brick homes from the 1970s and 80s. Wall penetrations in double-brick take more care than framed walls, but it’s well within our experience. We’ll discuss the planned approach with you before starting.

    Salt-laden air is harder on outdoor units than inland environments, particularly for properties very close to the water. We can recommend models with corrosion-resistant coatings that are better suited to coastal conditions. It’s worth discussing when we come out to quote.

    It depends on the floor plan and which direction the apartment faces. North or west-facing apartments on upper floors can get very warm and may need a larger capacity unit than you’d expect. We’ll factor in orientation, glazing, and ceiling height when making our recommendation.

    Scarborough is well within our regular service area, so we can usually schedule installation promptly after quoting. Lead times can extend during peak summer demand, so it’s worth getting in touch before the hot weather hits.
