Split System Air Conditioning Installation in Innaloo

Yes. We install in apartments, townhouses, and strata-titled properties throughout Innaloo regularly. Strata properties do require body corporate approval for external modifications — including condenser unit placement — before we begin. We recommend confirming this with your strata manager prior to booking. We’re happy to advise on typical installation approaches that tend to satisfy strata requirements and can provide supporting documentation if required for your approval application.

Yes. We service all residential streets within Innaloo (postcode 6018). We also cover the neighbouring suburbs of Karrinyup, Gwelup, Stirling, Woodlands, and Doubleview.

Apartments and compact townhouses in Innaloo often have smaller individual rooms than detached homes, and a 2.5kW unit typically suits most bedrooms and smaller living areas in these property types. Open-plan living and dining spaces in two-storey townhouses can vary considerably and may need a 5–7kW unit depending on floor area and ceiling height. We calculate the right capacity for each space as part of the quoting process rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
