    Air Con Installation Alkimos

    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We service all residential areas within Alkimos, including the Trinity and Shorehaven estates. We also cover neighbouring suburbs such as Eglinton, Yanchep, and Butler.

In most cases we can provide a quote within 24–48 hours and schedule installation shortly after. Alkimos is well within our regular service run for Perth’s northern suburbs, so lead times are generally short outside of peak summer demand.

Not at all. We regularly work in Alkimos’s newer estates and are familiar with modern construction styles common in the area. Whether your home is newly completed or still in the finishing stages, we can advise on the best installation approach.

Most bedrooms suit a 2.5kW unit, while open-plan living areas common in Alkimos’s newer homes typically require a 6–8kW system. We can recommend the right capacity based on your room size, ceiling height, and insulation during the quoting process.

Both options are available. We supply and install leading brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and Toshiba, or we can install a unit you’ve already purchased — provided it meets Australian standards.

Yes. Air-Cond Installs WA is ARCtick certified (AU 09491), which is the required licence for handling refrigerants in Australia. All installations comply with Australian standards and local building requirements.
