Glenn and Wayne were great. The quote was easy and transparent, they booked a time immediately, and turned up when they said. Turns out the "replace an existing unit" job was more difficult than expected. They explained things clearly, got extra electrician crew on site immediately, and completed the work (without complaint) for minimal extra cost. I could not be happier with this service. quick, efficient, friendly and well priced. glenn, wayne and their team helped us with a tricky decommission of an old unit that was blocking a gate / an eyesore at the front of our house and managed to install a new unit in one of the only other places available.. a fiddly section of roof. they were in and out in 2 hrs, cleaned up after themselves and even patched my wall (which i was expecting to do myself). this is the third air con they have installed for us. thank you so much!
