Pipe run length Standard price includes up to 3m of refrigerant pipe. Each additional metre is charged at a flat rate, which we’ll confirm in your quote.

Two-storey homes Running pipework between floors takes additional time and materials. We’ll assess this during your free onsite visit.

Brick vs. timber walls Penetrating brick or double-brick walls requires different equipment and additional time compared to timber-framed homes.
